The Summer Retail Internship program is open to Students in any major who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic retail environment.

  • Interns will participate in an 11-week program.
  • This is a full-time commitment, requiring 40 hours each week.

Qualifications & Work Environment

  • Must be enrolled in good standing at a college or university.
  • Must currently be a rising senior or a recent graduate (having graduated recently).
  • Must be able to commit to working full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer of 2026.
  • Possess excellent customer service skills and behaviors, demonstrating a friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and passionate approach.
  • Ability to work courteously in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Capability to deal effectively with potentially difficult situations, such as dissatisfied customers.
  • Ability to frequently reach, lift, and maneuver objects of varying dimensions and weights up to approximately 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, walk, move rapidly, bend, stoop, twist, and turn frequently. Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination are necessary.
  • Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions, including exposure to approximately 150°F (hot cases), 35°F (cold cases), 28°F (cooler), and -20°F (freezer). The general working conditions consist of a temperature-controlled store environment.
  • Availability to work full-time with occasional evenings and weekends based on business needs.
  • Travel will be required.
