Job Description:
This position is for our Houston, Texas summer program. Candidates will work closely with our global transactional teams, focusing on Energy Transition, Energy & Infrastructure, and Tech with exposure to Corporate M&A, Capital Markets, Project Development and Finance. Law Review and/or International Law Journal membership and Transactional Skills Competition participation preferred.
