The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Type: Temporary (10-week program)
• Location: Hybrid, Dallas, Palo Alto, San Francisco
• Pay: $4326 weekly
• Team: Assigned a supportive team for feedback and guidance
• Mission: To build legal skills and gain insight into client needs within the Employment group

What You’ll Actually Do
• Trials: Work on trials as a Summer Associate in the Employment group.
• Appeals: Handle appeals related to employment matters.
• Counseling: Provide related counseling on employment issues.
• Pro Bono: Engage in pro bono opportunities.
• Training: Participate in in-depth training focused on professional development and preparation for the future.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career Law students who complete the equivalent of four semesters of law school prior to the start of the 2027 Summer Program.
• Experience: Demonstrated interest in employment law.
• Skills: Entrepreneurial mindset, motivated to build legal skills, creative thinking, effective verbal and written communication, ability to manage competing demands under pressure.
