• Mission: To provide undergraduate students with real-world experience, allowing them to apply academic skills to technical projects and gain experience working on cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Apply: Apply skills acquired through education to complete a technical project.
• Collaborate: Collaborate within a cross-functional team on a regional group project.
• Network: Network with professionals and Evonik executives to expand industry connections.
• Contribute: Contribute to meaningful projects in Manufacturing/Operations or Environmental Health & Safety.
• Participate: Participate in virtual peer networking and Employee Resource Groups for professional development.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Undergraduate Degree (pursuing) in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• Experience: Ability to commit to the 12-week program duration (May 18th – August 7th, 2026). Authorization to work in the US without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
• Skills: Ability to relocate anywhere in the US.
