What You’ll Actually Do
• Immersive Technology Development: Contribute to the development of cutting-edge immersive environments, ranging from mechanical design of dome structures and planetarium display systems to software development for high-performance content playback and hardware integrations.
• Operational Support: Provide crucial support across various operational functions, including sales cycle management, live audio/video/lighting systems, venue operations, manufacturing efficiency improvements, and human resources initiatives.
• Content and Customer Experience Enhancement: Help optimize customer journeys by analyzing performance data and improving self-service tools, or assist in programming strategy by evaluating market trends and shaping event schedules for immersive experiences.
• Product and Financial Analysis: Aid in shaping the future of B2B products through feature development and UX improvements, or support financial operations like forecasting, reporting, and core accounting processes.
• Creative Production & IT Infrastructure: Coordinate immersive content pipelines, manage assets, create soundscapes using Unreal Engine, or support the technical infrastructure that powers venues by resolving real-time issues and optimizing systems.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Undergraduate student currently in their Junior or Senior year of study, pursuing a relevant field related to the diverse internship opportunities at Cosm.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to commit 20 hours per week during the internship period in a hybrid, onsite work environment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Skills: Possess strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine interest in immersive technology and content, reflecting a curiosity for innovation in digital and physical experiences.
