The Tone:
This is a summer internship program at Cosm, offering hands-on experience in multiple hybrid locations across the U.S. Cosm is a global technology company dedicated to creating immersive environments that blend real and virtual experiences. We partner across sports, entertainment, science, education, and parks and attractions to bring these cutting-edge experiences to life. This program provides interns with the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects, build their professional network, and gain valuable insights from company leadership within a company committed to advancing technology.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Contribution: Engage in hands-on projects that directly support Cosm’s company goals, contributing to the development of cutting-edge immersive technologies and building your professional resume.
• Leadership Engagement: Gain valuable access to Cosm leadership, including the CEO, through various interactions and learning opportunities.
• Network Expansion: Build your professional network by connecting with fellow interns, an assigned intern buddy, teammates, and leaders from across the organization.
• Skill Enhancement: Participate in dedicated career skill training sessions focused on best practices for job applications, recruiting, and interviewing, while also advancing your presentation and planning skills.
• Recognition and Exposure: Qualify for the “Cosm Education & Career Advancement Award,” a monetary consideration to support further education, and have the opportunity to visit one of our new venues or experience centers to see immersive content firsthand, depending on your job location.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior in a university program at the start of the internship.
• Experience: Available to work 20 hours per week in a hybrid, onsite capacity during the defined intern period.
• Skills: Possess strong communication skills, demonstrate attention to detail, and hold legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Bonus: Exhibit a genuine interest in immersive technology and content.
