Come build your experience with us! Rosendin’s Summer Internship Program is a hands-on training program designed to give you a well-rounded experience. You will work alongside passionate mentors solving real-world construction industry challenges.

Internship Overview

  • Program Duration: 10-to-12-week paid opportunity during the summer.
  • Hands-on Experience: Apply classroom concepts and theories to real-world scenarios.
  • Skill Development: Develop your potential, expand your knowledge, and enhance your resume.
  • Networking: Make key contacts for future career opportunities.
  • Career Exploration: Determine your interest level in various career fields and receive professional feedback on strengths and weaknesses.
  • Internship Week: In mid-June, all interns across the country are invited to a dedicated “Internship Week” which includes:
    • Subject matter discussions covering Construction Project Management, Estimating, Engineering, Safety, and more.
    • Visits to live job sites.
    • Team building events for a valuable overall experience.

About You (Desired Qualifications):

You’re pursuing a degree that aligns with Rosendin’s needs, including but not limited to:

  • Construction Management
  • Engineering (Architectural Engineering, Electrical, Civil, Construction)
  • Renewable Energy
  • Occupational Health & Safety
  • Procurement
  • Finance, Marketing, Accounting or any other related college or work-related experience

Pay Range:

$25.55-$33.50 Hourly

The pay range for this role is what we expect to pay for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this job description. Candidate’s pay can vary based on location, job-related experience, skills, and education.
