Our current product lineup includes electrolyzers for scalable green hydrogen production and fuel cells for mobility applications, such as long-haul maritime transport, buses, trucks, and other heavy-duty commercial land vehicles.

Our main headquarters is located in East Hartford, CT, with our manufacturing headquarters in South Windsor, CT. We are seeking local candidates within a commutable proximity to these locations.

Program Overview

• Duration: June – August 2026 (10 weeks)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Location: On-site position in Connecticut (South Windsor, CT)
• Assignment Areas: Our 10-week program offers assignments across various functions, including:
  • Engineering: Design, Reliability, Electrical, Software, Systems, Cell Stack Assembly, Product Management, Field Service, Mechanical Component, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Other Corporate Functions: Finance, Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S), Process Excellence & Implementation, and Facilities.
• Experience: All assignments provide challenging projects to lead and opportunities to support ongoing developments with team members. The program also includes cross-functional exposure and networking opportunities with key business leaders through various events and sessions throughout the summer.

Job Requirement – Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program (or higher) at an accredited college or university.
• For Engineering assignments: Pursuing an Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or Industrial engineering.
• For Non-Engineering assignments: Pursuing degrees in related areas such as Facility Management, Finance, Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S), or Project Management.
• GPA: 3.0 or better (preferred).
• Location Requirement: Commutable distance required. All assignments are based on-site in South Windsor, CT.
