What You’ll Actually Do
• Execute meaningful projects that directly impact business operations and learning.
• Analyze trends to formulate data-driven business recommendations.
• Manage and detail data movement for crucial departmental reporting.
• Acquire, apply, and comprehensively document processes for future reference.
• Develop professional skills and lasting connections within the gaming and entertainment industry.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in college, university, or post-secondary coursework pertinent to IT, Computer Science, or a related program.
• Experience: Good understanding of the Windows platform, troubleshooting theory, and tools standard to the desktop support field.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, above-average computer skills, detail-oriented approach to data, demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, experience with R, Python, Statistics, and Mathematics.
