About the Job: Princess Cruises Summer Internship Program

Princess Cruises, a global leader in premium cruising and a renowned name in the travel industry, invites you to join its dynamic 10-week Summer Internship Program. This unique opportunity offers an immersive experience into the exciting leisure travel and cruise industry, providing hands-on projects, professional development, and a holistic view of life at a leading international company. Program Overview:

Duration: 10-week paid internship.
Purpose: Designed to provide exposure and insight into professional careers within the leisure travel and cruise industry.
Work Model: Hybrid opportunity. Interns will work onsite in our South Florida corporate offices, either in Fort Lauderdale or Doral, depending on the assigned team.
Activities: Interns will work on meaningful departmental projects, participate in professional development sessions, leadership speaker events, and enrichment activities.

Eligibility:

To be considered for this program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Currently enrolled in a four-year accredited undergraduate or in a graduate/Ph.D. program.
• A rising Junior (for undergraduate students).
• A GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Internship Project Details:

Interns will be strategically placed in one of the following functional departments, gaining practical experience and contributing to impactful projects:

Human Resources & Talent Acquisition: Support recruiting initiatives, employer branding, and employee engagement projects.
Finance & Strategy: Assist with business analytics, forecasting, and financial planning for a global enterprise.
Marketing & Communications: Contribute to campaign development, digital/social media strategy, and internal communications.
IT & Product Innovation: Gain exposure to MedallionClass® technology, working on product development, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
Operations & Guest Experience: Participate in projects enhancing onboard services, itinerary planning, and global operations.

Capstone Project: Each intern will complete a significant capstone project, which will be formally presented to Princess leadership at the end of the program.

Requirements:

Candidates should demonstrate proficiency and ability in the following areas:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptability to handle technical tasks, diverse projects, and cross-functional assignments.

Skills Preferred:

While not mandatory, the following skills will be a strong advantage:

Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
Project management or leadership experience (from academic or extracurricular activities).
Data visualization or presentation skills (experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau is a plus).
• Demonstrates curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
