Job Description: PulteGroup Summer Internship (Marketing Focus)

PulteGroup offers summer internships providing hands-on experience in the homebuilding industry. Interns participate in rotational shadowing across different functions and departments, gaining a holistic understanding of the business. Daily work involves contributing to meaningful projects under the guidance of experienced professionals within a designated function (in this case, Marketing). The company invests in intern development through centralized training opportunities. The internship culminates in a capstone presentation to local Division leadership.

Specific Marketing Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Trend Identification: Collecting and analyzing data to identify consumer trends.
Marketing & Advertising Support: Assisting in marketing and advertising promotional activities across various channels (social media, email, web).
Asset Management: Assisting with the intake, trafficking, and creation of assets for media requests.
Competitive Analysis: Performing competitive market analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
SEO Project Assistance: Contributing to SEO projects, including blog posts and website content creation.

Qualifications:

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
Minimum age of 18
Authorization to work in the United States
Undergraduate or graduate student enrollment (or recent graduate)
Minimum sophomore status preferred
Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 preferred
Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Marketing, Communication, Finance, Architecture, or a similar field.
Strong skills in:

• Motivation and enthusiasm.
• Professional verbal and written communication.
• Tech-savviness (especially Excel and Microsoft Teams).
• Organization, self-motivation, and adaptability.

• Strong interest in the homebuilding, real estate, and/or construction industry.
Added Plus: Involvement in extracurricular activities (student organizations, leadership roles, athletics, NAHB student competitions, etc.).

Internship Details:

Dates: May 19, 2025 – August 8, 2025 (12 weeks, potentially adjustable)
Schedule: 40 hours per week, dependent on position requirements. Primarily in-person at one of 29 Division Offices or in development communities.
Compensation: $20/hour (varies by position and location)
Benefits: Eligibility for the company’s 401(k) plan.
Locations: Florida (Bonita Springs, Jacksonville, Orlando, Riverview, West Palm Beach), Nevada (Las Vegas), North Carolina (Raleigh), Texas (Austin).
