What You’ll Actually Do
• Email Campaigns: Build and optimize email marketing campaigns using CRM and email tools such as HubSpot, reviewing past performance for improvements.
• Content Creation: Create and refine copy for emails and product spotlights, ensuring it is tailored to wine collectors and first-time buyers, and assist with website content.
• CRM Management: Support CRM and list management, maintaining clean, organized customer data useful for segmentation and targeted outreach.
• Wine Data Entry: Input and update wine critic scores, tasting notes, and pricing, highlighting relevant information for the audience.
• AI Workflow Improvement: Experiment with AI tools to boost productivity, streamline everyday tasks, and document best practices for marketing, sales, and internal operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current college student (ideally junior or senior) or recent university graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data/Analytics, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience: Some exposure to digital or email marketing through coursework, clubs, internships, or personal projects.
• Skills: Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to adapt tone for a luxury brand audience, and high attention to detail with both words and numbers. Comfort using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for research, drafting, and idea generation, coupled with a responsible approach to AI output accuracy and brand fit. Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment, with a genuine interest in wine, luxury goods, or hospitality.
• Bonus: Experience with at least one CRM or marketing platform, such as HubSpot (strongly preferred). Familiarity with Shopify, Google Merchant Center, or other e-commerce tools. Any class project, internship, or personal project where AI was used to improve a business process, automate a workflow, or analyze data.
