• Mission: Assist the Nursing Excellence ANCC team by supporting departmental operations, organizing documents, assisting with data analytics, and supporting internal communications.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Support daily departmental operations and contribute to projects such as research or strategic initiatives within the assigned department.
• Organize: Organize three upcoming documents for the Nursing Excellence ANCC team.
• Analyze: Assist with data analytics for the Nursing Excellence ANCC team.
• Communicate: Support internal communications for the Nursing Excellence ANCC team.
• Collaborate: Observe, document, and communicate work progress and findings to supervising leaders or teams.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be at least 18 years of age and currently enrolled in, or nearing completion of, an undergraduate or terminal degree relevant to the healthcare field.
• Experience: No specific prior professional experience is required, as this is an internship designed for gaining hands-on experience.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage time effectively, work efficiently, and collaborate in a team setting. Proven initiative, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
