Internship Experience:

  • Full Immersion: Interns are fully integrated into agency life.
  • Real Work: Participate in client and team meetings, go on educational field trips, and contribute to a variety of client projects. No coffee or dry cleaning runs – just meaningful work to build your skills and enhance your resume.
  • Paid Opportunity: Interns are paid $15 per hour.
  • Schedule: Work 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., four days a week, with Fridays off.
  • Duration: The internship runs from June 1st through July 30th, 2026.

Internship Opportunities

Creative Design Intern

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Proficiency: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with the ability to create and design a wide variety of project types.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate and assist other designers on their projects.
  • Image Management: Select, retouch, and manipulate images.
  • Layout Design: Lay out designs for all forms of media.
  • Concept Brainstorming: Help brainstorm creative concepts to execute the Creative Brief.
  • Presentation Support: Assist art directors and copywriters with creative presentations.
  • Key Traits: Must be detail-oriented, thrive in a team environment, be eager to learn, and willing to go above and beyond.

Creative Copywriter Intern

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with art directors, editors, and creative mentors to generate concepts.
  • Copywriting: Write copy for a variety of media, including organic and paid social, digital, print, radio, and video.
  • Idea Expansion: Expand ideas and execute across media.
  • Accuracy & Deadlines: Deliver accurate, error-free copy under tight deadlines.
  • Key Traits: Must be detail-oriented, thrive in a team environment, be eager to learn, and willing to go above and beyond.
  • Application Requirement: PDF or link to writing samples and/or student portfolio required with application.

Digital Media Intern

Responsibilities And Requirements:

  • Strategy & Planning: Observe and assist with client ad campaign strategy and planning.
  • Integration: Learn how digital and traditional media channels can be integrated in the planning process.
  • Campaign Assistance: Assist with paid digital advertising campaigns from strategy through completion.
  • Tools & Analytics: Learn about and use tools for reporting and campaign analytics.
  • Platform Exposure: Be exposed to Google platforms (AdWords, Campaign Manager, Analytics) and learn and use paid digital media platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Spotify Ad Studio, and more.
  • Application Requirement: PDF or link to portfolio of past social campaigns requested with application.

Account Service Intern (2 Internship Opportunities)

Responsibilities And Requirements:

  • Campaign Support: Assist team with paid media campaigns from planning and implementation to billing.
  • Reporting: Collaborate with team to deliver campaign performance reports to clients.
  • Research: Learn research tools and assist with building client, competitive, and industry profiles.
  • Meeting Prep: Assist with developing materials for client status meetings, conference reports, and client presentations.
  • General Account Support: Include development and management of production schedules, timelines, media run lists, and flowcharts.
  • Software Skills: Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Client Interaction: Confidence in communicating with internal teams and directly with clients.

TorchHouse Studio Intern

Responsibilities And Requirements:

  • Workflow Learning: Learn collaborative workflow processes from concept to production in a photo, video, and social content context.
  • Production Support: Work in tandem with producer, content strategist, photographer, videographer, and editor during shoots, planning the pre-production phases, and wrap processes during post-production.
  • Job Bidding & Production: Learn to bid and produce a job from start to finish.
  • Technical Knowledge: Must have knowledge of both video and still photography (work samples preferred upon application).
  • AI Skills: Must have working knowledge of AI process and tools used in content creation and editing.
  • Attitude: Willing to go the extra mile, not allowing any work to be beneath you.
  • Software Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Photoshop, Acrobat, Lightroom, Editing Software, etc.).
  • Work Ethic: Must be able to work well in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Project Manager Intern

Responsibilities And Requirements:

  • Coordination: Learn how to coordinate project timelines, task lists, and internal deliverables across creative, media, and account teams.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Help track project milestones and update status reports to support on-time execution and quality outcomes.
  • Brief Development: Support project brief development and collaboration sessions, including meeting prep and follow-ups.
  • Software Use: Learn how to use Advantage, our internal Project Management software to organize tasks, schedules, and project documentation.
  • Communication: Assist with communication to internal teams and clients, helping ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Key Traits: Must be detail-oriented, eager to learn, able to manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Skills: Demonstrate excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Growth / New Business Intern

Responsibilities And Requirements:

  • Business Strategy: Observe and assist in Business Strategy growth initiatives.
  • Public Relations: Observe and assist in Public Relation initiatives.
  • RFP Support: Support RFP development and responses.
  • Presentation Collaboration: Collaborate with all internal agency departments on new business presentations.
  • Martech & AI: Utilize agency martech tools and enterprise AI to deploy brand research.
  • Key Traits: Must be detail-oriented and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
  • Campaign Development: Engage on new business campaign development initiatives.
