Job Description (Internship):
Endeavor offers paid internships across its various divisions, including:
• 160over90 (Global Cultural Marketing Agency)
• IMG (Rights, FC Diez, Seven League, Licensing): Opportunities span sports rights management, production, and digital content creation and licensing.
• On Location (Premium Hospitality and Live Experiences)
• Professional Bull Riders (PBR)
• WME (including WME Sports and Fashion) and WME Digital: Working with traditional and digital talent.
Locations: Internships are available in New York City, Nashville, St. Louis, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Dallas, Chicago, London, and Paris. All internships are in-person, unless otherwise noted.
Program Details:
• Duration: 10 weeks (June 9 – August 15 for US locations)
• Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (or standard local working hours).
• Benefits:** Hands-on experience in the sports and entertainment industry, participation in welcome/farewell sessions, a speaker series, and career training workshops (resume building, interviewing skills, networking, LinkedIn profile enhancement).
• Pay: Paid internships with rates varying by location, typically aligning with local minimums. The listed range is $17.50-$17.50 hourly. However, the company notes that actual pay may vary based on several factors.
Eligibility: The program is designed for rising seniors and those within six months of graduation from an undergraduate university. Candidates must disclose if they require sponsorship for immigration purposes.
