This is an internship at Red Ventures, located in Charlotte, NC, for the summer of 2027. As a Business Analyst Intern within the Launch Program, you won’t just observe; you’ll step into meaningful, high-impact work from day one, directly influencing business outcomes and positioning yourself for a potential full-time return offer. This 11-week summer internship offers real-world experience, skill development, and an immersive introduction to Red Ventures’ collaborative culture through a cohort experience, training, and social events.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Team Integration: Join a specific team within areas such as SEO, Paid Media, Customer Experience, or Business Operations.
• Project Ownership: Take full ownership of a project addressing a complex and ambiguous business challenge, from initial problem definition to presenting final recommendations.
• Data-Driven Insights: Apply data and analytics tools to uncover actionable insights that drive smarter business decisions.
• Business Impact: Engage in projects that have a direct and significant influence on overall business outcomes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Clearly translate complex analytical findings into understandable and actionable recommendations for various stakeholders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current undergraduate students planning to graduate in Summer 2028, pursuing majors in fields such as business, analytics, math, statistics, computer science, or related disciplines.
• Experience: Demonstrated strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to effectively navigate ambiguous situations. Prior experience working with data using tools like SQL, Excel, or Tableau is required.
• Skills: Proficiency in analyzing, synthesizing, and effectively communicating complex insights. A proactive, scrappy, and self-motivated mindset is essential, alongside being team-oriented with a competitive spirit and a sense of humor.
• Bonus: Demonstrated interest in AI and emerging technologies with hands-on experience, or exposure to Python, R, machine learning, or statistical modeling is considered a valuable asset.
