• Mission: To develop go-to-market strategy, leadership skills, and product knowledge within an ABB business group, contributing to the company’s strategic objectives.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Implement: Support the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of products and services within your assigned area as directed.
• Train: Participate in formal training sessions designed to develop personal and leadership skills in preparation for future professional roles.
• Deliver: Execute assigned tasks and projects effectively and on time during each assignment period.
• Network: Contribute to diverse social events and team activities, utilizing these opportunities to establish a broad network within ABB.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027. This is an entry-level early talent program.
• Experience: No specific years required. Preferred experience includes relevant internship or co-op roles.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; a genuine interest in sales and technology with a strong desire to learn and grow through diverse roles; demonstrates a growth mindset committed to ongoing learning and self-improvement; open to relocation across the U.S. for each rotation; and must have valid U.S. work authorization, not requiring visa sponsorship from ABB at any point now or in the future.
