Job Description: Summer Internship
Exelon is seeking highly motivated students for paid summer internships lasting approximately 10 weeks between June and August.
Interns will:
• Gain real-world, hands-on experience.
• Work independently under an assigned supervisor.
• Contribute to projects designed to help them gain valuable skills.
Job Scope:
The specific responsibilities and projects will vary depending on the internship program and the student’s skills and interests.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or post-secondary program
• OR Currently enrolled in an Associate’s degree program with acceptance into a Bachelor program upon completion
• Actively/currently taking classes
• Minimum GPA:
• Cumulative: 2.8
• Major: 3.0
• A track record of outstanding academic performance
• Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Relevant experience in the energy industry or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
