Summer Internship Program at Exelon

Exelon is looking for highly motivated students to join their summer internship program. The program lasts approximately 10 weeks between June and August and provides paid opportunities for hands-on experience. Interns will work on projects independently under the guidance of an assigned supervisor.

Primary Duties:

Work on real-world projects designed to provide practical experience.
Gain hands-on experience working independently under the guidance of a supervisor.
Contribute to the team’s success in a positive and collaborative environment.
Develop problem-solving skills through analytical and creative thinking.
Enhance leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or post-secondary program
• Currently enrolled in an Associate’s degree program and accepted to a Bachelor program upon completion.
• Actively/currently taking classes
• Minimum GPA: Cumulative 2.8/Major 3.0
• A track record of outstanding academic performance
• Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in the energy industry or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in relevant software applications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Leadership experience in extracurricular activities or community organizations
