About The Galaxy NYC Summer Internship Program:
The Galaxy NYC Summer Internship Program offers an immersive and exciting nine-week on-site experience at our New York City Headquarters. This program provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on, practical work experience within our critical Operations, Transformation & Change, and Onboarding teams.

Beyond invaluable on-the-job learning, interns will engage in a structured program featuring professional development workshops, engaging social events, and unparalleled networking opportunities with senior leadership. This comprehensive experience is designed to foster growth and provide a deep understanding of the digital asset industry.

Program Dates: June 8th – August 7th, 2026

What You’ll Do:
As a Summer Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting key operational functions and strategic initiatives across multiple teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing essential support for daily operational processes, including trade settlement, reconciliation, data management, and client servicing.
  • Assisting with significant process improvement and transformation initiatives aimed at boosting efficiency, automating workflows, and strengthening controls.
  • Contributing to onboarding activities for new clients, accounts, or business lines by helping to document procedures, test systems, and track progress.
  • Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams across operations, technology, and finance to identify pain points and recommend practical, innovative solutions.
  • Aiding in the development and maintenance of crucial dashboards, reports, and documentation for ongoing projects and operational workflows.
  • Participating in various ad hoc projects that support change management, regulatory readiness, and process optimization efforts.

What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking bright, driven individuals with a passion for finance and technology. Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Operations Management, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; exposure to data analysis or visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is considered a significant plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for learning about capital markets, trade lifecycle operations, and process improvement methodologies.
  • A self-starter mindset, eager to contribute ideas, take ownership of tasks, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Undergraduate or master’s students graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Eligible master’s students must have fewer than two years of relevant, full-time work experience.
  • Students enrolled in PhD, MBA, or JD programs are not eligible to apply.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Interns are classified as non-exempt employees and will be paid a competitive rate of $55/hr.
