What You’ll Actually Do
• Creator Research: Research and identify relevant influencers and creators to establish effective brand collaborations.
• Content Development: Support the creation of essential marketing materials, including presentations, detailed proposals, and comprehensive performance reports.
• Campaign Execution: Assist directly in the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns from concept to launch.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key campaign performance metrics to gauge success and inform future strategies.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance as needed, which includes organizing files, scheduling meetings, and coordinating internal and external communications.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field, demonstrating a strong, genuine interest in digital marketing, social media trends, and building effective influencer partnerships.
• Experience: Demonstrated familiarity with a broad range of social media platforms, including prominent ones like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, and Pinterest, in addition to an awareness of emerging digital platforms and their potential.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear and effective interactions; Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the collaborative tools within Google Workspace; Possesses strong organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail for managing multiple tasks; Exhibits creative thinking and effective problem-solving skills to navigate challenges; Capable of working both independently on assigned tasks and collaboratively within a team environment.
