Position: Summer Intern

Location: New York City Office (Hybrid Work Format)

About the Opportunity:

Join Ava Labs for a unique paid summer internship and contribute directly to the industry’s fastest blockchain. This program offers a hands-on experience where you will:

• Work closely with experienced employees who will provide mentorship and guidance.
• Apply your academic knowledge and grow your skills on projects that have potential for direct business impact.

We are seeking candidates who have demonstrated a strong commitment to academic success and a proactive motivation to apply their knowledge beyond the classroom.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be actively enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program. (Master’s and PhD students are also welcome to apply.)
• Must be able to work from our New York City office in a Hybrid work format.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A GPA of 3.5 or above.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
• Strong interpersonal skills, evidenced by experiences such as leading student organizations or successful teamwork.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse groups and teams.
• A proven ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving needs and requirements.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting, demonstrating initiative and effective communication.
