Reed Smith LLP is looking for 2L law students to join their 2026 Summer Associate Program in the Miami office. The program aims to provide a realistic experience of associate life and develop necessary legal skills.
Key aspects of the program:
• Mentorship: Partner and associate mentors will provide support and guidance.
• Writing Instruction: Writing instructors will help hone analytical and persuasive writing skills.
• Learning & Development Summer Academy: Courses supplement on-the-job training, covering topics such as:
• Essentials of Effective Legal Writing
• AI and Practical Law Training
• Effective Presentation Skills
• Social Activities: Opportunities to network and get to know future colleagues.
• Experience: Provides a realistic snapshot of associate life within the firm.

Compensation:
The expected compensation is $4,327 per week.
