What You’ll Actually Do
• Familiarization: Become familiar with the intricate laws related to employment law.
• Litigation Support: Assist with comprehensive research, in-depth case analysis, and various phases of litigation.
• Document Drafting: Draft legal memoranda and court filings.
• Legal Monitoring: Monitor the status of new employment law developments.
• Content Creation: Prepare concise summaries and informative articles on new legislation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school as a 2L for the 2025-2026 academic year.
• Experience: Strong academic performance demonstrating intellectual rigor and potential.
• Skills: Excellent writing skills and strong attention to detail.
• Interest: Demonstrated interest in Employment Law.
