• Mission: Provide penultimate year students with a unique insight into investment banking, equipping them with foundational knowledge and practical experience in bond and loan origination processes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Originate: Gain exposure to the full bond and loan origination process.
• Analyze: Conduct company, industry, and primary and secondary market analysis.
• Market: Support client marketing efforts and prepare presentation materials.
• Document: Assist with the documentation process.
• Collaborate: Work with the syndicate team and MUFG’s sales and trading platform.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Must be in your penultimate year of study with a strong interest in financial markets.
• Experience: No prior professional experience explicitly required; the program is designed for penultimate year students.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high levels of motivation and integrity, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, innovative mindset with the ability to generate new and creative ideas.
