Growth Equity Investing Analyst Internship: Summer 2027 | Susquehanna International Group

The Tone:
This is an internship at Susquehanna International Group, located in Bala-Cynwyd, PA. Susquehanna Growth Equity, a division of SIG, is a leading growth equity firm investing over $5.0B in high-growth software, internet, and business services companies across the United States, Europe, and Israel. This isn’t a shadowing experience; analysts work directly on live investments from day one, gaining foundational skills through a training program and active deal participation. This internship serves as the primary recruiting pipeline for full-time investing roles.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Sourcing: Research and identify high-potential companies through thesis-driven outreach, then cold-call and email founders and CEOs to build relationships.
• Financial Modeling: Analyze financial statements and build financial models for active and prospective investments.
• Due Diligence: Conduct market research, evaluate competitive landscapes, and interview customers and industry experts.
• Reporting: Construct investment memos and presentation materials for the partnership and portfolio companies.
• Portfolio Support: Provide support to portfolio companies on growth initiatives and strategic projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with expected graduation within one year of the internship. Entry-Level position.
• Experience: No prior investment experience is required or expected. Demonstrated use of AI, automation, or technical tools to improve work.
• Skills:
• Persistent and resourceful in sourcing, comfortable with outbound outreach, and effective at pitching.
• Strong analytical foundation to work through financial models, spot data inconsistencies, and structure clear arguments.
• Clear communication, both written and verbal, to distill complex findings into a concise, persuasive narrative.
• Intellectual curiosity about technology, software, and business models.
