What You’ll Actually Do
• Identify: Assist senior analysts and traders in identifying investment opportunities within the credit and bond markets.
• Analyze: Learn to perform in-depth company analysis for investment purposes.
• Opine: Provide opinions on how a company’s credit profile may change in response to new information.
• Monitor: Track company news and events relevant to financial markets.
• Evaluate: Assist with valuation work for various financial instruments.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Candidates should intend to graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree and be ready for full-time employment by August 2028.
• Experience: No specific years required. Preferred prior exposure to fundamental company research.
• Skills: Strong written, analytical, and financial research skills; ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks; and demonstrated interest in the financial markets.
• Bonus: Familiarity with a trading environment and derivative products is preferred.
