About the Role
Highly motivated and talented individuals will join Provident Healthcare Partners’ sell-side M&A team for the summer of 2027 to assist full-time bankers in evaluating and analyzing the healthcare market, originating sell-side mandates, and assisting with the execution process. This Summer 2027 Internship Program is designed for undergraduates.

What You’ll Do
• Perform industry research
• Track healthcare transaction activity
• Prepare marketing and valuation materials
• Report to internal senior level management
• Analyze financial statements
• Perform ad hoc tasks in support of the deal team

You’re a Good Fit If You
• Have a graduation date between December 2027 – June 2028
• Are able to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Have work or classroom experience within financial analysis and accounting
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have strong attention to detail
• Possess time management and organizational skills
• Are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

Bonus Qualifications
• Have a background in finance

Role Highlights & Compensation
• The internship will begin June 7th and run for 10 weeks
• All interns begin their employment with a training session
• Expected rate of pay for the position is $1,400/week
• Located in Boston and New York City offices
