What You’ll Do
During your internship, you will have the opportunity to:
- Receive extensive coaching and mentoring to understand our organizational structure and ongoing projects.
- Complete internal projects focused on identifying business improvements and critical customer outcomes.
- Learn about our proprietary systems and processes to assist with project completion and contribute effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and network with global business leaders, expanding your professional connections.
- Present your project outcomes and findings to the Senior Leadership team, honing your presentation and communication skills.
- Provide constructive feedback at the conclusion of the internship to help us continuously improve our program.
- Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance and promote a safe working culture.
What You’ll Bring
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in an engineering discipline.
- A keen interest in learning and practicing various industry experiences within the energy sector.
- Awareness and skills necessary to work effectively in a diverse environment.
- Excellent writing and editing skills for clear and concise communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Work Environment
You’ll primarily work in a professional office environment, with occasional site visits to our facilities. Physical requirements typically include sitting, standing, and walking. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required during site visits to ensure your safety and compliance with our HS&E standards.
