Job Description
White Cap is accepting applications for their Summer 2025 internship program. The program offers opportunities in various areas, including:
• Finance/Accounting

• Human Resources
Internships can be either in-person at the Atlanta, GA headquarters or remote nationwide.
Internship Responsibilities:
• Gain hands-on experience in various departments such as marketing, human resources, information technology, sales, operations, finance, logistics, business development, merchandising, and more.
• Prepare and deliver insights and recommendations based on analyses.
• Produce findings and draw conclusions from analyses.
• Make oral and written recommendations to management.
• Execute tasks directly related to functional projects and/or process improvements.
• Communicate issues and roadblocks related to areas of responsibility.
• Assist in research or special projects to fulfill business initiatives and meet business objectives.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Currently pursuing a college degree.
• Demonstrated superior academic performance and strong analytical skills.
• Solid track record of results-oriented leadership.
Work Environment:
• Located in a comfortable indoor area.
• Frequent periods are spent standing or sitting with some opportunity to move about.
• Occasionally requires stooping or lifting light material or equipment (typically less than 8 pounds).
• Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
