Description: PulteGroup Summer 2025 Internship (Finance Focus)

PulteGroup offers a 12-week summer internship program (May 19, 2025 – August 8, 2025) for undergraduate and graduate students. The program provides a holistic understanding of the homebuilding industry through rotational shadowing and hands-on work within a chosen function. The internship culminates in a capstone presentation to local Division leadership.

Finance Internship Specifics:

This internship focuses on the financial aspects of homebuilding. Interns will:

• Gain critical reporting literacy crucial to the success of the homebuilding business.
• Learn about land acquisition and financial analytics.
• Advise on business decisions and opportunities.
• Work as a “financial bridge” connecting various departments (sales, field construction).
• Contribute to meaningful projects.

General Internship Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Participate in rotational shadowing across various functions and departments.
• Work on meaningful projects with experienced professionals in the intern’s designated function.
• Participate in centralized training and development opportunities.
• Present a capstone project to local Division leadership.
• Mirror the schedule and flexibility of the assigned team.
• 40 hours per week (schedule depends on the position).

Currently pursuings:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Undergraduate or graduate student (minimum sophomore status preferred).
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 preferred.
• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Marketing, Communication, Architecture, or a similar field.
• Strong tech skills (Excel, Microsoft Teams).
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and learning agility.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Action-oriented and accountable; curious and coachable.
• Strong interest in homebuilding, real estate, and/or construction.
• Extracurricular activities are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $20/hour (pay may vary based on position and location).
• Eligibility to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Plan.
