What You’ll Actually Do
• Train: Optimize large-scale distributed training systems for efficiency and reliability.
• Develop: Improve reinforcement learning training pipelines and post-training systems.
• Optimize: Enhance inference performance, including latency, throughput, and stability.
• Compile: Implement compiler or runtime optimizations for GPU and other accelerators.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical fields.
• Experience: Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or similar tools.
• Skills: Proficiency in Python or C++; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
