Job Title: Student Co-op

Summary:

The Student Co-op Program at Penn Medicine offers aspiring healthcare professionals an invaluable opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic clinical environment. Participants will work closely with experienced staff across various departments, significantly enhancing their practical skills and understanding of comprehensive patient care.

This program is specifically designed for students pursuing degrees in nursing, allied health, or other healthcare-related fields. Co-op participants will engage in a diverse range of responsibilities, including assisting with patient care, observing clinical procedures, and actively collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Through dedicated mentorship and structured training, students will develop critical competencies, reinforce their academic learning, and build a robust professional network within the healthcare industry.
