The Strategy team is a small, multidisciplinary, and multicultural group reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. Their responsibilities include:
• Identifying, designing, and leading the execution of value-creating, cross-functional initiatives.
• Supporting the strategic process for the firm.
• Engaging in new business and special situations.
About The Strategy Internship
This 10-week summer internship provides a valuable experience in Corporate Strategy at a complex global firm. During the internship, you will:
• Support the implementation of the firm’s strategic priorities.
• Lead projects with multiple senior stakeholders across the Point72 organization.
• Evaluate new business opportunities.
• Provide project management support on key initiatives.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative research on business-relevant topics (e.g. competitive analysis, industry trends, market conditions).
• Lead analyses on ways to improve the firm’s operations.

Required Qualifications
• Expected bachelor’s degree in Spring 2026, Fall 2026, or Spring 2027.
• Interest in the Asset Management industry.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, writing, verbal communication, and technical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the team.
