Description: Strategy & Corporate Development – MBA Intern (Summer 2025)

Juniper Networks’ Strategy and Corporate Development team is seeking a Summer 2025 MBA intern to contribute to the company’s long-term strategic initiatives and corporate transactions. This is a crucial role involving strategy formulation, growth opportunity evaluation, and assessment of corporate partnerships, investments, and acquisitions. The intern will significantly impact Juniper’s growth and future direction.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Engaging with key stakeholders across various business units/functions to support and execute strategic initiatives.
• Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of core strategic issues, market trends, and the competitive landscape to inform business decisions.
• Driving and supporting strategic investment activities (M&A, alliances, equity investments) through financial analysis and assisting in external party negotiations.
• Developing impactful presentations and recommendations for senior leadership, synthesizing complex data into actionable insights.
• Facilitating joint problem-solving with mid-level and senior business partners and implementing recommendations.
• Proposing and executing solutions to enhance team efficiency and optimize internal workflows.

Professional Currently pursuings:

• Experience identifying, evaluating, and analyzing business opportunities.
• Experience collaborating across multiple business units/functions to drive strategic decisions.
• Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, product management, corporate strategy, or similar roles is preferred.
• Currently pursuing an MBA (graduating in 2026); a technical or engineering background is a plus.

Compensation: The minimum salary is $84,000.80, and the maximum salary is $120,750.55 per year. The actual salary may vary based on factors like location, skills, and experience. Benefits include medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. The position is “at-will,” meaning the company can modify salary at any time.
