Strategy and Management Summer Analyst Program – 2027 | Bank of America

The Tone:
This is a full-time, 10-week internship at Bank of America, primarily located in Charlotte, NC, with limited availability in Boston, MA, and New York, NY. What You’ll Actually Do
• Understand Business: Build an in-depth understanding of the business, client needs, and opportunities by supporting high-priority strategic initiatives.
• Shape Industries: Contribute to initiatives that have the potential to shape industries, leveraging the company’s extensive reach and expertise.
• Develop Recommendations: Work with diverse, high-performing project teams to develop strategic recommendations for key internal leaders.
• Operationalize Capabilities: Test, launch, and operationalize new capabilities as part of strategic recommendations.
• Gain General Manager Skills: Participate in a comprehensive training curriculum taught by BofA and industry experts, designed to enable general manager capabilities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a bachelor’s or bachelor’s direct to master’s degree from an accredited college or university, with a graduation timeframe between November 2027 and August 2028.
• Experience: Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research; experience with Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Skills: Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills; clear communication and presentation skills; strong analytical and critical thinking skills; creativity.
• Bonus: Preferred minimum GPA of 3.2; pursuing a major area of study such as Business Management, Economics, Finance, Consulting, Mathematics, Data Analysis, FinTech, or Marketing; appreciation for an environment that supports learning, innovation, intelligent risk-taking, integrity, and flexibility; ability to build and nurture strong relationships while collaborating effectively.
