What You’ll Actually Do
• Technical Leadership: Lead complex transformation projects technically for top companies in the banking, insurance, and asset management sectors, depending on your experience.
• Solution & Architecture Design: Take responsibility for solution design, architecture decisions, and technical roadmaps within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Platform & Integration Concepts: Develop strategy-oriented platform and integration concepts, covering areas like ITSM, ITOM, Security Operations, Customer Service Management, ESC, and HRSD.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Rollouts: Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders and international project partners to define digital target states and governance models, ensuring global rollouts in complex multi-platform landscapes.
• Best Practices & Standards: Shape best practices, standards, and reusable assets for the ServiceNow practice.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Successful completion of a degree in Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable field, for a (Senior) Consultant / Architect career level.
• Experience: Initial to several years of experience in the ServiceNow environment, coupled with experience in Requirement Engineering, Project Management, or Enterprise Architecture.
• Skills: Technical depth in ServiceNow design & implementation, integrations (REST, Event-Driven, Workflow-Orchestration), Custom App Development, Multi-Scope Apps, CMDB-Modelling, and process automation. Very good German and English language skills are required, as is a willingness to travel nationally and internationally to advise clients on-site.
• Bonus: Knowledge and ideally project experience in Banking & Insurance, including IT processes, Risk/Compliance, ITIL, and regulatory requirements.
