Strategic Pricing Associate Analyst | Canon USA

What You’ll Actually Do
• Order Validation: Monitor department email and sales order queues to ensure prompt responses and timely order validations.
• Pricing Accuracy: Validate submitted orders to establish accurate equipment and service pricing in relation to financial models, price files, and eligible credits/promotions.
• Issue Resolution: Problem-solve issues using databases, internal teams, customer pricing documents, and email communication.
• Collaboration: Align with appropriate internal parties to quickly resolve roadblocks and diligently follow through on order validation to completion.
• Pricing Analysis: Analyze price/cost data from previous deals to maintain competitive service pricing and collaborate with management to develop and maintain service pricing price lists.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting preferred) or equivalent experience, positioning this as an early career role.
• Experience: Zero to two years of prior background entering technical or service-related custom sales quotes and/or purchase orders within a corporate environment.
• Skills: Proficiency in computers and software, including Microsoft Office with Excel experience; detail-oriented work ethic with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently without sacrificing accuracy; professional and pleasant phone etiquette; excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Overtime required during month’s end.
