What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Management: Plan, manage, and provide deliverables on assigned projects.
• Solution Deployment: Work closely with functional business groups to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of deployed solutions.
• Compliance Leadership: Lead projects and ensure that functionality is developed in compliance with established business requirements, methodologies, and practices.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report to management on the status of project efforts, anticipating/identifying issues that inhibit goals, and implementing corrective actions.
• Process Improvement: Lead key Finance and Accounting projects to streamline processes and increase working capital turns.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting or related Business Field. Early career.
• Experience: 0-3 years of professional work experience, including prior internships in Corporate Finance, Accounting or Data Analytics.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with all business levels; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and other Microsoft Office Suite applications; willingness to rotate work assignments, projects, and teams every 6-12 months, including potential relocation for a minimum of one rotation; willingness to travel up to 25%, domestically and internationally.
