What You’ll Actually Do
• Team Integration: Fully integrate with our “compagnons” on various project sites to authentically experience their daily routines, understand practical challenges, and learn the collaborative dynamics inherent in construction work. This immersion is key to grasping the operational realities of the BTP and building envelope sectors.
• Process Contribution: Actively contribute to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our internal processes. This involves observing current workflows, identifying areas for optimization, and participating in efforts to implement improvements within a practical, real-world context.
• Field Observation & Learning: Systematically observe and meticulously discover the specific work methods, technical practices, and rigorous safety protocols that are actively implemented and enforced across our diverse construction environments. This includes understanding the “why” behind current practices.
• Problem Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of the difficulties, inefficiencies, or operational challenges that are frequently encountered by teams on the terrain. This requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify root causes of problems within complex construction scenarios.
• Innovative Solution Proposal: Develop and present concrete, actionable, and innovative solutions aimed at directly resolving the identified field difficulties. Your proposals will contribute to improving operational performance, safety standards, and overall project success.

• Background: Currently an enrolled student preparing for a degree or specialized training program within the domain of BTP (Construction and Public Works) or the broader field of building envelope. This role is specifically designed as an “ouvrier” internship, targeting early career development.
• Experience: No specific prior professional experience in terms of years is required, as this is a foundational “ouvrier” internship focused on hands-on learning, practical immersion, and initial skill development within the construction industry.
• Skills: A foundational understanding of core concepts, terminology, and preliminary principles related to BTP or building envelope work, as acquired through your ongoing academic or vocational training.
