What You’ll Actually Do
• Candidate Lifecycle Management: Coordinate the entire interview scheduling process, acting as a crucial link between candidates, hiring managers, and clients, while diligently managing records within the Bullhorn/ATS system.
• Operational Compliance: Execute all internal compliance requirements such as facilitating background checks and drug testing, and manage the precise coordination of payroll details from clients to our central team.
• Frontline Support & Information: Serve as the initial point of contact for candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process and providing clear information about client expectations and application steps.
• Qualification and Offer Process: Conduct initial resume reviews and preliminary screenings, whether in-person or via phone, to identify fundamental qualifications, and extend contingent job offers to candidates for specific client roles when authorized.
• Strategic Client Engagement: Act as a key liaison with clients to deeply understand their staffing needs for open roles, regularly check in with assigned candidates, and deliver templated reporting packages with performance metrics like fill rates and attrition, fostering sustained positive relationships through consistent meetings.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This role is perfect for a college graduate, offering an entry-level pathway into a career in sales, recruiting, or marketing. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and demonstrate a basic understanding of general recruitment processes and human resources practices.
• Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role. Prior experience specifically within human resources or recruiting environments is strongly preferred.
• Skills: Requires strong organizational abilities and effective time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Demands keen attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative responsibilities, alongside the ability to establish rapport quickly with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Bonus: An individual who is outgoing, ambitious, and possesses a genuine passion for recruiting and a strong desire to be successful. The ability to travel to client sites for periodic check-ins is also required.
