The Tone:
This is a full-time Staff Accountant role on the Audit Team at AAFCPAs, initially operating in a hybrid model with flexibility in Westborough or Boston, transitioning to remote work after a one-year training period. AAFCPAs is a multidisciplinary firm of over 350 professionals, providing assurance, tax, and consulting services, celebrating 50 years of purposeful impact and annually donating 10% of net profits to nonprofit organizations. This position is vital for helping clients, building confidence through hands-on engagements, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality financial results within a supportive, learning-focused environment.
