What You’ll Actually Do
• Records: Prepare and post journal entries to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• General Ledger: Assist in maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts.
• Closings: Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
• Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. This is an entry-level position requiring a strong understanding of journal entries and general ledger processes, along with familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
• Experience: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is required.
• Skills: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, and good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
