What You’ll Actually Do
• General Accounting: Record daily financial transactions, prepare and post journal entries, and assist with general ledger maintenance and reconciliations.
• Accounts Processing: Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, verify invoice accuracy and coding, and assist with bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting: Assist with financial statement preparation, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and help analyze financial data and business performance.
• Audit & Compliance: Assist with year-end audit preparation, support accounting projects and reporting requirements, and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Collaborative Support: Provide support to payroll and accounting functions as needed, collaborate with team members across departments, and assist with process improvements and special projects.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: 0–5 years of accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or related experience; internship experience is highly valued, and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office, along with a basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Bonus: Exposure to QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus; interest in building a long-term career with a growing organization.
