What You’ll Actually Do
• Journal Entries: Prepare and post journal entries to ensure the integrity of financial records.
• General Ledger: Assist in the maintenance and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
• Financial Closings: Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and facilitate their resolution.
• Financial Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Possesses a strong understanding of journal entries, general ledger processes, and fundamental accounting principles and practices.
• Experience: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is required.
• Skills: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
