This Staff Accountant position on the Corporate Team is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting corporate departments, and assisting with essential financial reporting and controls.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Record Keeping: Primarily assist with the books and records of multiple corporate departments, which includes preparing month-end closing entries, account and inter-company reconciliations, daily cash reconciliations, and invoice coding.
• Allocation and System Support: Understand and assist in the preparation and ongoing support of various allocations to the operating entities, and provide guidance for consolidation reporting and Fixed Asset Software (FAS) packages.
• Reporting Schedule Preparation: Prepare supporting schedules for both internal and external (SEC) reporting requirements.
• Corporate Finance Projects: Assist with various projects for the Corporate Finance Team, such as testing corporate-level Sox Controls (e.g., compliance with A/R reserve policy), counting physical inventory, and other subsidiary support functions.
• Banking Administration: Assist with banking administration tasks, including preparing bank paperwork for new bank accounts and changes in check signers.

• Skills: Ability to prepare supporting financial schedules, understand allocation methodologies, and provide support for financial consolidation and fixed asset software packages like Cognos, Planning & Analytics, and FAS.
