What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounts Receivable Support: Aid in the processing of accounts receivable and manage related follow-up activities.
• Accounts Payable Assistance: Support accounts payable tasks as required by the team.
• General Accounting Duties: Handle general accounting responsibilities and provide staff support.
• Team Collaboration: Offer flexible assistance and support across the entire accounting team.
• Operational Flow: Contribute to ensuring smooth daily accounting operations and maintain accurate records.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with foundational experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Experience: Demonstrated accounting experience, including exposure to both accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, supported by a solid work history.
• Skills: Professionalism, a team-oriented approach, a positive attitude, strong organizational abilities, and clear communication skills.
• Bonus: Prior experience in a floater or cross-functional accounting role, a more seasoned accounting background, or comfort in a fast-moving work environment.
