What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounting & Reporting: Perform comprehensive accounting and financial reporting for assigned operating entities and practices, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements and operating reports.
• Financial Close: Assist meticulously with the month-end close process, encompassing the preparation of journal entries and thorough account reconciliations.
• Financial Planning: Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, contributing to strategic financial planning and future projections.
• Operational Partnership: Partner with operational leaders to provide insightful analysis into financial performance, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Compliance & Enhancement: Assist with audit support and compliance requirements, and actively help identify process improvements as the organization scales.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a closely related field, suitable for an early career accounting professional.
• Experience: Possesses 0–4+ years of accounting experience. A background in Big4 or a large regional public accounting firm is strongly preferred.
• Skills: Demonstrates strong proficiency in Excel, robust analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities necessary for cross-functional collaboration.
• Bonus: Holds or is actively pursuing a CPA certification, and demonstrates adaptability to work within an environment of significant organizational expansion.
