What You’ll Actually Do
• Reconcile: Perform daily reconciliations of bank accounts to ensure accurate financial records.
• Support: Support month-end closing activities and assist in preparing financial statements.
• Assist: Provide assistance with accounts payable processes, including weekly check runs.
• Prepare: Prepare monthly credit card reports, including coding transactions and reconciling to the general ledger.
• File: Prepare and file sales tax returns in compliance with applicable regulations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with general ledger processes, journal entries, and corporate tax principles.
• Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
