What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Support key accounting functions including month-end close processes and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare: Prepare and process account reconciliations and essential journal entries.
• Contribute: Contribute to the preparation and review of financial reporting.
• Collaborate: Collaborate effectively with multiple departments and stakeholders to achieve financial objectives.
• Improve: Identify and contribute to enhancements in accounting processes and operational efficiencies.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; suitable for an early-career professional with a strong accounting foundation.
• Experience: 1-2+ years of general accounting experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and direct experience with account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting functions efficiently.
• Bonus: Accounting experience gained within a manufacturing environment, exposure to month-end close processes, and experience supporting Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
